Back in the day, peanuts used to get all the love. Now due to all the peanut allergies they have become almost shunned, while the rest of the nuts take the spotlight. Did you know that peanuts aren't even technically a nut? They're a legume! Nuts are such an important part of a healthy diet (if of course, you can tolerate them!)
